    Reed Davis ’95 serves as director of operations. He came to Woodberry in 2015 from a career in the construction industry overseas and Charlottesville, Virginia, where he worked most recently as an owner's representative. He holds a BA in English from James Madison University. Mr. Davis lives in Charlottesville with his wife, Katherine, and their son.

    Bio
     
    Rob Dudley serves as our director of campus and community safety. He is responsible for reviewing and developing community security protocols and policies while working with students, employees, and community members to evaluate campus security and safety measures. Rob’s office is in the Walker Building. He comes to us after 22 years as a police officer with the United States Capitol Police in Washington DC. He brings extensive experience in protecting buildings, people and communities. Rob currently lives in Locust Grove with his wife, Penny. He is a past Woodberry parent (Jake ‘25 and Nick ‘21) and has been an assistant coach for Woodberry’s lacrosse team since 2022. Rob resides in the Barbee Center apartment as needed to support on campus activities.
