OneWoodberry 2023 Recap
Thank you for making OneWoodberry 2023 an incredible day. By the end of February 23 we had received 3,314 gifts to the Amici Fund totaling $2,861,906. In the two weeks since February 23, we’ve received dozens of additional gifts, bringing total contributions so far to this year’s Amici Fund to $3,231,205. This year's fund will continue to receive gifts until June 30.
It was wonderful to see so many of you gather at events around the country, and to welcome alumni volunteers to campus, including Lee Dudley ’18 and Will Wallace ’18. A special thank you to Richard Upchurch ’92 for visiting with the Robotics Team, Zach King ’02 for speaking to the Caucus and the Entrepreneurship Club, and to Andrew Woodin ’04 for meeting with students, participating in a virtual young alumni networking session with Charlton deSaussure ’04 and Trevor Slaven ’04, and then speaking at our Friday morning assembly about The Road to Galena, a feature film he produced with support from several of his classmates.
Your gifts provide immediate funding for every aspect of the Woodberry experience — tuition assistance to current students, paying for the programs that make Woodberry unique, and sustaining the school’s incredible faculty and staff. OneWoodberry and the Amici Fund are instrumental in meeting the goals of the Campaign for the Boys, with a particular focus on supporting the experience of boys here now.
