WFS NYC Service Opportunity at Meatloaf Kitchen

    Register here!

The Woodberry NYC Regional Chapter Board, and Henry Waller '86, invite you to join them at Meatloaf Kitchen in the East Village of Manhattan for a volunteer opportunity.

No special skills are required except for the ability to take direction, work hard, and be kind and respectful to guests and fellow volunteers.

Volunteer duties include greeting guests, serving coffee and the signature meatloaf meal, bussing tables, and handing out to-go bags to hungry New Yorkers. Volunteers will assist with clean-up after meal service ends. Volunteers must be 15+

Please arrive promptly by 11:30 a.m. for a brief orientation from a Meatloaf Kitchen manager. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and clothes appropriate for serving meals in a restaurant setting. All volunteers must cover their hair as mandated by the NYC Health Department, so consider wearing a baseball cap or other head cover. Otherwise, a hair net will be provided to you. Personal belongings can be stored in a locked closet but, to be safe, it is best to leave valuables at home.

Wear some Woodberry gear if you have it so we can readily identify everyone from the Forest!

    Register here!
(Please do not register on the Meatloaf website if you have signed up with WFS.)
