Game Recap

On a much nicer day, the Tigers faced the Flint Hill Huskies, but much like earlier in the week, errors haunted the Tigers. After a bumpy start, Chase Copeland settled in and pitched a gem going the full 7 innings only allowing 3 ER, all of which came in the top of the first. He struck out 7 of the 36 batters faced, and nearly 80% of his pitches were strikes. Ultimately a late push fell short, and the Tigers fell 9–7.
  • Nigel Wolf, Maddox Helsley, Cooper Zidlicky, John McKenzie, and Chase Copeland all recorded a hit.
  • Chase hit his second HR of the year.
  • Maddox and Cooper each had 2 RBI's. Both hits came with 2 outs.
