Woodberry Forest 41, Norfolk Academy 0.
After over a three hour bus ride, the Tigers took the field to play against Norfolk Academy, and the game went pretty smoothly for the Tigers. Hatcher Williams and Burgess Robinson both got touchdowns in the first quarter, and after Ed and TJ got a pair of touchdowns in the second quarter, the Tigers started shifting out their first string. The Tiger defense played especially well; they did not give up any points to Norfolk, even when the starters were not on the field. Of course, Norfolk did not have a very balanced offense to defend against. Almost every play from Norfolk was a running play. After today’s game, the Tiger’s moved to 7-1 on the season. They will travel to Alexandria next weekend for their final game of the season against Episcopal High School.
