The Cadets traveled to the Forest for the second game of the series on a cold and rainy Friday. While the game was eventually paused (to be resumed at a later date), it was easily the Tigers’ best start to a game this year. Robert Proutt took the mound and was cruising through 3 innings, only allowing one run on one hit and striking out 4. The defense played well behind him, and the Tigers were patient at the plate and forced the Cadets to make plays in the field. The game was postponed in the bottom of the 3rd with the bases loaded and 2 outs. The Tigers lead 9–1.
- All 9 Tigers reached base at least once.
- Nigel Wolf, Maddox Helsley, Robert Proutt, and John McKenzie all had a double. John's came with 2 outs and the bases loaded.
