    Michelle Neal serves as Woodberry’s director of human resources.   Prior to coming to Woodberry in 2020, Michelle has built over twenty years of progressive human resources experience in consulting and manufacturing.  She has been recognized by Virginia Business Magazine, Culpeper Times, and HR Solutions Inc. for her leadership in human capital programming.  Michelle holds a BS in science and an MBA in human resources and adult training from the University of Mary Washington.  She resides in Madison, Virginia with her husband and son.
