JOIN US FOR THE GAME:
ONE OF THE SOUTH'S OLDEST
HIGH SCHOOL RIVALRIES

The annual football game between Woodberry Forest School and Episcopal High School is a fierce but friendly struggle that has consumed students, players, alumni, and parents of the two boarding schools since 1901.

The 122nd Game will be played at 1:00 p.m.
at Woodberry Forest School.

The Game Weekend

On the second Saturday in November of each year, Woodberry plays its rival, Episcopal High School. This year will be the 122nd meeting between the two schools.  Many families come to the private boarding school for boys to participate in the weekend’s activities, including Friday night's Bonfire Bash, which is family friendly. Details of the bash will be posted soon. We require all students to attend the game, whether home or away, and many will depart from the game Saturday to stay overnight with their parents.
