Varsity Golf defeats St. Chris - undefeated in regular season VA Prep League
Woodberry Forest defeated St. Christopher's Friday in a 13-hole match at the CCV-Westhampton course, 202-207. The Tigers finished their Virginia Prep League regular season with perfect 6-0 record, and defeated the Saints in Richmond since 2005. Junior Johnny Kyger was medalist with a one-under par score of 48.
The Tigers ended the season with an overall record of 8-1, and next play in the Prep League Tournament at Royal New Kent on Thursday, May 15.
