The Class of 1985 Wins March Matchness–Backed by the Board Reunion Bracket

Woodberry Forest School is pleased to announce that the Class of 1985 is the champion of the March Matchness – Backed by the Board reunion bracket! Led by the efforts of Miles Boldrick, Ben Haggin, Kevin Tydings, Rob Sappenfield, Giles Tucker, Sam Finney, William Bray, and Fred Kennedy, twenty-seven members of the Class of ’85 increased their gifts by at least $75, giving more than $60,000 as a class to date. Each member of the class will receive a customized “Moubray Wear” t-shirt, and the class’s championship will be hailed throughout the year in Woodberry publications.

Motivated by their upcoming 30th Reunion, the Class of 1985 held off a worthy opponent in the Class of 2000. A special thank you to all trustees and all alumni who generously donated time and resources towards making March Matchness – Backed by the Board a successful initiative for the school. We look forward to congratulating all classes involved in the contest this weekend at Reunion!
