    Reed Davis ’95 serves as director of operations. He came to Woodberry in 2015 from a career in the construction industry overseas and Charlottesville, Virginia, where he worked most recently as an owner's representative. He holds a BA in English from James Madison University. Mr. Davis lives in Charlottesville with his wife, Katherine, and their son.

    Taaj Davis serves as the director of community and belonging and the assistant dean of students. In addition to these administrative roles, he also teaches a section of US History and coaches varsity football. Mr. Davis is a 2019 graduate of Kenyon College where he majored in American Studies and played football. In 2021, he received his masters' degree in education from the University of Virginia. Mr. Davis lives in the Finch Pod and joined the faculty in 2019 as a Kenan-Lewis Fellow before beginning a full time role in 2021.

    Craig Dawson serves as an assistant director of admission and head varsity basketball coach. He is a 2002 graduate of Wake Forest University, where he played varsity basketball for four years. He has coached extensively at the secondary level. Mr. Dawson lives in the Epes House.

    Kenny Deane, CPA, serves as Woodberry’s assistant treasurer.  He graduated from James Madison University with a BBA and worked as an auditor prior to coming to Woodberry in 2008.  Mr. Deane lives in Madison with his wife, Jessica, and their four children.

    Jennifer Dowling serves as Woodberry's director of marketing with responsibility for the school’s electronic communications, digital advertising, and overall brand management. She was previously a marketing manager for an international educational travel company, WorldStrides. Ms. Dowling earned a BS in Marketing from Gannon University and an MS in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University. She and her daughter reside in Madison, VA.
