New Students: Important Dates and Deadlines

If you're discovering Woodberry after January 15, there is still time to apply and receive tuition assistance. Please contact us, so we can hear more about you, and let you know how best to proceed in order to receive tuition assistance for the 2022-2023 school year. 

Complete the SSS Parents' Financial Statement (PFS), including all information and complete explanations for all items marked with an icon. Woodberry's financial aid program is open to students of any race, creed, and national or ethnic origin.

By December 15, 2021, please submit through School and Student Services (SSS):
  •  a complete Parents' Financial Statement (PFS)
  • a complete copy of your 2020 tax return (Form 1040, including all forms and schedules)
  • Form 4506-T (include both 12/31/2020 and 12/31/2021 on line 9 of the form)

By February 8, 2022, please submit through SSS:

  • W-2 forms where applicable

By April 15, 2022, please submit through SSS:
  • a complete copy of your 2021 tax return (Form 1040, including all forms and schedules) OR a copy of your tax extension.
