 | In the Fine Arts Department, we believe that our students should have as much exposure as possible to their cultural heritage and an opportunity to develop their talents in a creative atmosphere. We further believe that, in a society increasingly influenced by visual media, it is imperative for our students to develop the basic vocabulary of visual communication as well as the means to critically assess images around them.
Through the study of art, music, drama, and speech, Woodberry students should find new means of expression in a creative environment that challenges them to develop their artistic senses. |
